The Potomac Health Foundation has awarded My Natural Me a Howard L. Greenhouse Grant to fund the Northern Virginia Dementia Support & Workplace Alliance for the 2026–2027 grant year. This investment will support 100–150 caregivers and 5–10 employer partners across Northern Virginia.

The NVDSA CareConnect Portal provides caregivers and employees across Prince William County and Northern Virginia with a centralized hub for training, resources, and community connection.
RAFT's expertise in dementia education and caregiver training will be central to the NVDSA curriculum, bringing clinical depth and community trust to our training program.
